My experience, from professional athletes to the desk jockey, has taught me to identify altered movement patterns that cause pain and create therapeutic interventions to correct these patterns to help individuals feel better while moving better.

Any body can get into a pattern where muscles ache and movement causes pain. I evaluate movement patterns, and then use manual therapy techniques, movement therapy, dry needling and cupping to reduce pain and discomfort and get you moving freely again.
